Southeast Asia Internship (Translation)
During the course of this internship, interns will get to serve two language communities alongside two different translation projects in the interior of a major island in the region of Southeast Asia. Students will walk through the various steps of the translation process – one smaller language with a number of fellowships and the other will take place in a larger language which is of the majority religion. There will be planned village visits to experience local life, learn about the culture, and many opportunities for developing relationships. A focus on genuine relationship building along with discussing and modeling Truth sharing will be a vital aspect of the time in Southeast Asia.
