There are many types of jobs within our organization. This list of job descriptions and corresponding training requirements is not exhaustive. Please consult the FAQ below to start discerning how God could be calling you, or contact one of our recruiters today.


Training

There are six main areas of training individuals need to complete: 

  • Discovery
  • Overseas Health Preparation
  • Biblical studies
  • Missiology
  • Linguistics/Language Acquisition
  • A four-month residency in Dallas, TX (required for all support personnel, Scripture Impact Specialists, Church Planters, and Community Development Specialists)

Requirements for positions may vary depending on speciality, location of service, and anticipated length of service. Contact a recruiter to inquire about requirements that may be specific to your ministry.

NOTE: Requirements will vary from position to position. If you are hoping to serve with us, please consult with the training department before embarking on a plan for your training. If you have had coursework previously that you believe may cover a certain course requirement, please make an appointment with our Training Department to discuss this. A syllabus or other detailed description of the course content should be brought to the meeting.
