Ethno-Arts Specialist

Are you artistically inclined? Would you like to cultivate worship in specific cultural contexts using your gifts? Are you interested in helping cross-cultural communities reach their goals through local arts?

Ethno-Arts Specialists apply their creativity and insight into culture to enable local peoples to develop culturally relevant expressions of worship to magnify the impact of Scripture within a community. Ethno-Arts Specialists often come to the ministry with training in the areas of music, visual arts, acting, dance or storytelling. They work with local Christians to encourage artistic creations with local artists to respond to their community’s needs in areas such as Scripture use, literacy and community development.
