Missionary caregivers are gifted in conflict resolution, are good listeners and are able to spiritually nurture others. They work in conjunction with on-field care givers to help missionaries thrive overseas by making occasional visits to the field, assisting in spiritual and team building retreats, and corresponding with the missionaries on a regular basis. They also shepherd missionaries through transitions.
